I always have loved meatloaf– I guess if you grow up with it, it kinda sticks! Although now I don’t eat
red meat, so this turkey version would be great!

I think your version of meatloaf looks delicious, studded with veggies and I am sure the flavor is amazing with the sun-dried tomatoes. My hubs doesn’t like it at all though. Maybe this one could change his mind!
