These are wonderful… to anyone that stumbles across this pancake recipe in hopes of finding a quick and very good pancake you’ve found it. I was searching this morning for a new pancake, change it up from the usual and came across this one and I’m glad I did – my wife was very happy.

So try it… I seriously doubt you’ll be disappointed!

My kiddos love their Sunday pancakes but only want “regular” ones! I usually try other recipes on a week night when I surprise them with “Breakfast for Dinner” night.

What’s the secret to getting nice fluffy pancakes? Mine always end up very thin and measly though still taste okay. Yours look nice and fluffy. Love that last photo………..I want that bite!
