Substituting Gorgonzola sounds good and would really punch up the flavor, so I’ll have to try that next time. Let me know what you think if you end up making it!

This lasagna looks like something Fuzz would like so I’m stealing the recipe. I’d have to swap out the goat cheese for Gorgonzola, though.
