The air is really moist here and I don't have AC. Its kinda like cooking outside. Heehee. Anyway, the cake acts very odd. Im not sure how to describe it. It dips down in the middle and when I made it as cupcakes it had a dip in the middle and cooked out onto the pan, like a flattop. Please help! I love this recipe and don't wanna give up on it.
