I make those kind of lists on my laptop too! Restaurants to visit, kitchen items I want, to do lists, recipes to try, seriously everything! You picked some great cookbooks; I would love to have any of those. This soup looks fantastic! I love these spices and veggies.

What a great cookbook haul! I am a list maker too – I have them on my computer and in about ten different small notebooks – one for each subject! It gets crazy sometimes. The soup looks comforting, flavorful and delicious! Enjoy your new cookbooks!

Saag paneer is my all time favorite dish in the whole wide world. I am breathlessly awaiting a recipe. Oh, and the Rick Bayless cookbook is amazing– I became a slow-cooker FREAK for about 6 months thanks to Rick and Everyday Mexican.
