In France we use chocolate crepes to roll instead of chocolate dought. Since there is no butter in crepe recipe, it makes the sushi "healther" and lighter. So we can eat more of course ! Well I know... if we eat more sushi how can it be healther ? I always say "Less fat more pleasure !" So let's have a try, and enjoy ! It is a really GREAT recipe.
