Man, I really missed out on some awesome appetizers, as well as some tv worthy deserts! Everything sounds absolutely amazing! This is the perfect recipe for a quick and easy, yet tasty, party hor d’oeuvre. I mean who doesn’t like goat cheese, eggplant and sun dried tomato?

I love the price on these! I’m surprised so low! They look wonderful! I’ve made something similar with figs in place of eggplant. Wonderful! I love anything on a crostini! Thanks for the recipe
