Hi cpmots – I think you could do that and then just stick them under the broiler before you serve them for a few minutes to melt the brie and warm them up. Let me know if you try it!

Can you bake the little crusts ahead of tme and then just fill and serve when yu need them

Lisa – I prefer them warm but may or may not have also eaten them cold right out of the fridge… They warm up again nicely in the oven if you want to make them the day before.
