Sophia – I think of the three versions I’ve posted so far, this was the easiest because no irregularly shaped fruit is involved! If I can do it, anyone can

npm – Nope, no baking. Baking would cause the dough to spread out and not hold it’s cute sushi shape (I’ve tried it!). I kind of like that the cookie dough is raw just like sushi is raw!

Muneeba – Wow, thank you for such a huge compliment! I was rooting for Wylie on Top Chef Masters! He’s amazing and I hope to make it to WD-50 at some point!

Hi Kerstin (second visit today already!), I just wanted to comment on the Cubbies Sushi because we’re HUGE Cub fans since we’re originally from Iowa (born in Des Moines / raised in Ames). And now my son has moved from SC to Chi-town where he is an accountant. He LOVES Chicago and so do I. I am emailing him your info to log on to your site for this recipe since he adores sushi (well, we all do!). What a clever recipe!
