Jess – The sorbet was yummy! I used this recipe but substituted mango for half the strawberries and added lime juice.

I’m not sure if I would call Costco a date. My trip always involves my three year old having to go to the bathroom when I am on the complete opposite side of the store…kinda ruins any mood we have going on, lol.

I love that you came up with a chicken cake! This is such a great concept and can be adapted for a lot of different flavors – although I love the ones you used this time. We don’t have a Costco membership but often have grocery store and Target dates

These look so delicious! I love avocado. I don’t consider going to Costco a date, more a marathon. Our Costco is always extremely crowded, have to fight for parking and then avoid getting run over by shopping carts in the store. We try to get in and out as quickly as possible

This is a great use for chicken leftovers! They look so yummy with that nice golden crust on the outside. Avocado and chicken are a great flavor match.

I am totally going to make these! Thanks so much for posting the recipe.

I never have crab around, but always have chicken.

If you don’t buy a rotisserie chicken, I will put frozen chicken breasts in my crockpot with about a cup of chicken stock in my crock pot on low all day. When you get home and take out the chicken, it just falls into pieces and is already shredded.

I think I will do that, and make these yummy cakes!
