What a unique and tasty idea! This is such a good spin. We eat a LOT of chicken so I’m excited to put this idea into the mix!

And yes, we’ll be in town for the 4th! I know it’s a busy time of year, but even a coffee (or cocktail!) would be fun if we can find time to meet up

looks fabulous!!! I made something like this with crab, too! I never thought you could use those rotisserie chicken for chicken CAKES! amazing idea…now I can buy myself a chicken from Costco too without worrying about too much leftovers!
